No auto detect switch on this model, but still works !

We didnt see an auto detect switch on this model, and it had us worried for a bit but after testing it it turned on automatically, so I guess its cool.

Works fine.

Does what it's supposed to do. You need to wire its remote input to 12V for the unit to turn on, aside from powering the unit up with 12V. I can understand the logic of that design, but it wasn't documented. Wasted some time chasing down that detail.Other than that, it worked as expected.

Good LOC but no Auto turn-on

LOC works great fired right up but!!! The only problem is there is no Auto turn-on via DC offset or Audio detection. It even states it in the manual REM only. I don't know why on here and their own website states it does. Now the NVX XCLA2 has the Auto turn on feature if you're looking for that. Beside that no problem yet. Will see how the Texas summer treats it.

Perfect!

I bought this to put a system in my wife's new car. With today's vehicles the factory radios are very nice and have a lot of features that are user friendly. NO sence in using an after market radio with the easy to install LOC from NVX. Worked great for my application and have recommended this to others.
